What do I do with spouse that clearly finds me disgusting?

He never makes a positive comment on my apperance,cooking,house cleaning,the way i care for him or our child,etc..of course he doesn't say anything neg. (to me) either. I can sit around all day n my PJ's or get all gussied up-nothing. I could go on n on, he does tell the female co-workers and so called friends (he thinks I don't know)about our lack of --which is true---only about twice a year- my fault mostly-he wants things i can't give and i guess anything less "he" just isn't interested n. Yea, i have tried to talk to him--he says I don't initiate and he never knows if i'm willing. -( our child sleeps n our room) 12 yrs. old. I try to get our child to sleep n their room and my spouse lets the child come back to our room. this routine goes on all the time. I stopped even trying,because it's too confusing to our child. Have to admit my only attraction anymore with spouse is just need for releas because of how he treats me outside the bed room--Not treated bad--just completely ignor
