Legal advice needed - Please let me know about Mutual divorce.?

My husband has asked for mutual divorce as he is sighting inability to continue to be with me. I have supported him and his family for the last 3 years of marriage and before that (On&Off) as well. I would like to know what complications can I get into if I agree for a mutual divorce vis-a-vis contested divorce? As I am earning more, can he get any monetary benefit in mutual divorce? Can I get the money I spent on him/ his family, rent, all house hold expenses that I have incurred on him for the last 3 years if I agree mutually? I understand that women can claim when they are not working but what if they are working and earning more than the husband? I feel that I have spent all my savings/ salary on maintaining my family and now he says he can't live with me anymore. i am living in the same house as he is but he is ignoring me completely and is being rigid about getting a divorce. he knows that there are complications in contested divorces and probably after talking to people has figured that mutual divorce will be better but I don't want to fall into any trap as I have an ailing mother who lives in Delhi to take care of. My father expired long time ago and since then I have been taking care of her but due to the marriage I have neglected her needs as I was providing for my husband and his family.
