Please tell me if this is healthy or not?

today for breakfast i ate bran flakes cereal with 1 % milk with a few bananas in my cereal and green tea . about 2 hours after i ate fat free yogurt and a banana . for lunch , i ate a tuna sandwhich with lettuce and tomatoes on whole wheat bread with water and an apple . about 2 hours later i ate half of a sweet potatoe and oatmeal . 2 hours after that i ate a roll of challah bread (made with egg) and low fat cream cheese . and for dinner im planning to eat rice with green peas . do you think that's healthy? and during the week i usually eat pizza and fries on sunday then no fats till thursday and on thursday i have ice cream or something and then i have a slice of cake on saturday and pizza again sunday . is that too much fat or is it balanced ?
