Ok so i'm limiting what i eat/drink today is this okay?

Well it's okay to limit what you eat as long as you have enough energy to make it through the day. You shouldn't feel tired or hungry. It's a really good idea to drink water or tea since both have no calories, I know juice is healthy but unless you make it yourself it probably has a lot of sugar. Then you should eat until your satisfied but not full. If you eat a good meal (as in you ate enough but you're not going to explode) then you won't need to snack at all. And the last thing is exercise! I swear if you want a long, lean, toned body then do pilates, It really gives you a great workout and no bulky muscles. But other than not having enough fruits or veggies, your meals looked fine.
