Would you eat at a restaurant if their last health code inspection rating wasn't an 'A'?

Here in Washington state, they don't have to post letter grades. But I noticed that in California, I always see the letter grades posted. I would probably still eat if they had a B only if the word of mouth advertising was really good. If they had a C, I would go somewhere else.
