Where to report a kirby representative?

A kirby rep came to my house. He was rude to me and very unprofessional trying to undermine me. I've reported him to corporate and they're not helpful cause I don't know the exact office he was from. I've called all the surrounding offices and they all claim to not know who they are. I know details about this man. He didn't leave a business card so I obviously dont know the last name of him or what office but I need help reporting him. I've reported kirby to the FTC, soon the BBB, the Michigan AG, and senator. If this qualifies as harment i'll be calling the michigan police dept. Anyway I need sources of where to report this matter to.
