Meals ideas that I can cook a head and freeze?

I need some dinner ideas that I can cook on my day off from work, freeze and then the day I want that meal I can thaw it out and have lil work to have dinner. I work long hours and have a long commute to work and my hubby is no help to me so I need things I can cook on my day off and freeze for later in the week since I have no time to cook as I leave at 730 am and dont get home til 9pm.. I know I can do Spaghetti.. but any other thoughts?
