How do i get him to notice me but i feel like a stalker?

there is a really cute boy that lives right next door to me. we go to the same school and i see him all the time. we were even in the same homeroom and he sat right next to me. but he doesnt and he probably doesnt want to know me. i check to see if his mom's car is in the garage to see if he is home. i think he know he likes me cause once my friend yelled "_____i know u like _______" right outside of his house! it was so embarrasing i ran back inside my house and locked myself in my room. but i still dont know if he heard her. i'm too shy to go to his house cause he might think i'm a loser. i feel like a stalker cause i know so much about him
