Wedding buffet menu?????????

I would do a potato bar. You could do baked potatoes with all the fixins on the side so they can make their own. It could have mashed potatotes, scalloped potatoes, etc. I'm in Kentucky in which many weddings do southern foods. Potato bars always go over well since they can customize it to their likes. Plus potatoes aren't that expensive.
