My pup just got sterlised?

Hi i'm cindy, a 1st time dog owner!! i'm about to collect my pup back home from the vet in 1 hour's time.I got him sterlised. Please advise me on how do i take care of him once he get back home. I tried to google it online but cant seem to find any information on that. Please help me!! *he's 7months old, jack russell terrier*
