Is the name "Ugg" as in Ugg boots copyright?

If I were to make a pair of boots that look like Ugg boots & sold them online using the title "Ugg boots" would that be against copyright law?...or whatever law covers that sort of thing? If you can't answer can you tell me where to go to find out the answer? I live in the US. Thanks!!
