well do u want to show him u want to be more than friends? kinda sounds like that from ur description. first i would ask him what he wants. that is always the best method. as he knows his b'day is coming it wouldn't ruin any possible surprise party type thing. maybe get him a few gift certificates to his favorite restaurants. 10 here 10 there type thing. other than that only he knows but if he hasn't shown interest in u in all this time u may be barking up the wrong tree. be careful with your heart. hugs
