How long can a Tart keep in the Fridge?

I've got plenty to bake for christmas so I want to get cheesecakes and possibly a tart out of the way. When I make tart it is usually hours before it is to be eaten. Christmas is in 3 days but I don't want the crust getting soggy. Could I freeze it? Or do I just need to wait till Christmas Eve or day?
