If you are still in school or college, then keep in mind that people under twenty one are still formulating their opinions about the world. If you love your girlfriend and want to be with her, then take the time to think things through and consider if she is invalidating your relationship by how she looks at your life; or if she just does not use the same value system you do. Have a special date and talk about it in a safe place. Agree beforehand not to treat each other badly if you do not agree, and try to understand one another.
