1989 Ford Probe GT power window strange problem.?

After installing a push start on on my 1989 Ford Probe Gt i noticed my p window wont respond. driver one is perfect. I checked the window motor with individual current..works fine, main door switch send current perfectly, but the current doesnt reach the motor, i checked the fuse panel..fuse is ok, What could it be??? pleseeeeeeeeeeeee helpppppppp
